I’ve spent the last 15+ years supporting growth and building teams across the energy, chemicals, refining, manufacturing, infrastructure, and renewables sectors throughout North America.
Before co-founding Ellaway Blues Consulting, I helped lead and grow industrial staffing teams across the U.S., partnering with some of the industry’s largest companies through major projects, operational growth, and critical hiring needs.
Today, I work closely with businesses across energy, renewables, infrastructure, and manufacturing, supporting direct hire, retained search, and contract staffing solutions. I’m passionate about building long-term relationships and bringing a people-first approach to recruitment built on trust, transparency, and accountability.

I’ve spent more than 20 years building teams and supporting growth across the energy, power, industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, and emerging technology sectors throughout North America.
Prior to co-founding Ellaway Blues Consulting, I held executive leadership positions within specialist recruitment businesses, where I was responsible for launching and growing new divisions, leading high-performing teams, and partnering with clients ranging from venture-backed start-ups to global industry leaders.
Today, I work closely with businesses across power generation, utilities, critical minerals, advanced manufacturing, oil & gas, renewable energy, and infrastructure, delivering retained search, contingent recruitment, and contract staffing solutions. I support clients on everything from individual strategic hires through to large-scale growth initiatives and long-term talent planning.
Over the years, I have developed extensive networks across engineering, operations, manufacturing, project delivery, commercial leadership, and executive functions. I particularly enjoy helping companies solve complex hiring challenges where technical expertise, market knowledge, and speed of execution are critical.
